Interlocking Blocks
Present scarcity of sand and increasing price of Cement, the cement mortar getting more expensive. The interlocking blocks are very much useful for present scenario.

Also these blocks are compression pressing manufacture technology. Not like burnt bricks. These products are 100% eco-friendly.    

These blocks are coming different types of material variety  
  • Clay blocks
  • Fly ash blocks
  •  Laterite blocks

Also production based on size 9”, 8”, 6” and 4.5” thickness.


Construction
  •  Compare to brick wall construction, stacking of these blocks very easy.
  • As like the name interlock, these blocks are having male female connector. These joints make the blocks perfect inter lock.  



  • Without mortar we can join the block with the help of interlocking.
  •  If required we can apply the cement paste each layer of the stacking.
  • Alignment, levelling and first layering of arrangement is more important.

  • Labour requirement is very less and also resulting more quantum of work
  • Compare to brick wall construction , the cost of block wall is very economic
  •  If we like exposed brick construction, then we can leave the wall without plastering
  • Seal coat is required for without plastering wall.
  •  Concealed electrical conduit wiring can be made as like brick wall.

Usage
  • Building exterior and interior walls, factory wall, compound wall. 
  • Load bearing wall building and framed building construction
