Isolated column footing + ground tie beam + brickwork with corner columns + roof slab resting on brick walls
Observation from live projects @ various location
1.       Construction till ground + 2 floors above using.
2.       Isolated footing excavation till the hard soil depth 4 to 5 feet
3.       Footing size 3 to 5 feet square with minimum reinforcement Mat
4.       Column reinforcement maximum 4to 6 numbers of 10 to 12mm dia bars
5.       Ground tie beam depth 300 to 450mm resting on soil
6.       Brick wall and columns construction till roof

7.       Roof resting on walls 

Summary :
Based on observation this type structure look like new type of Load bearing structure with corners protection.
